Itır Saran is a Turkish artist, architect and lecturer based in Istanbul and New York. Her work seeks the structure and beauty of natural forms, finding their harmony within. Collecting samples in situ, Itir preserves the origins of these organic elements, frozen in their timeless delicacy. Using ceramic, metal, fiber and an intuitive approach to materials, she creates singular, handmade works of adornment.
Like an eternal snowflake, or dust in the ether, each piece is a unique expression of rare beauty and infinite grace.
